RETURNING CUSTOMERS - Please email us with the dates and times you require and updated contact details. No need to fill out the form. Please remember we have a 14 vaccination standdown after vaccinations.
Booking Information
This document contains IMPORTANT information regarding your pet's stay with us, please read it CAREFULLY.
Double-check that the times you are dropping off and collecting your pets are within our open hours. We do not allow drop off/collection outside of hours.
We have a STRICT 14-day stand down after vaccinations have been administered, please ensure your pet doesn’t receive vaccinations within 14 days from their arrival date we will not be able to take them and our cancellation policies will apply.
Property and General Rules
OBEY speed limit signs whilst on the property . If this isn’t respected, we will have to turn down future bookings for your animals. The property doesn’t only contain this business but a farm and two-family homes also. Children, Animals and Vehicles are regular hazards on the property.
When collecting your pets’ children MUST always remain in the car to ensure their safety on the property and around other dogs that may be arriving or going home.
Wait out the front of the building when you arrive with your pet remaining in the car – DO NOT enter our building as this will upset any dogs kennelled inside as they do not know you - we will be with you as soon as possible.
Do not jump on the fence or climb onto your car to look over the fences. This will UPSET all the dogs who are staying with us - It is their space RESPECT IT.
Operating Hours
10.00 - 11.00 am and 3.00 - 4.00 pm - Weekends
7.30 - 9.00 am and 4.00 - 5.30pm – Weekdays
Public Holidays
Closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings of Public Holiday weekends.
Pet must be dropped on a Friday with earliest collection being the Monday afternoon
between 3-4pm.
Christmas and New year period - Closed 25th - 2nd Jan
Our last day open for dropping pets off will be the 24th December 10-11am
Our first day for pick up will be the 3rd Jan 3-4 pm
PENALTY FEES WILL APPLY IF YOU TURN UP OUTSIDE OF OUR CORE OPENING HOURS
Please understand that as much as this is our family business it is also our home.
Climbing our gates/ fences and entering the premises outside of our open hours is unfair to our family and the other pets onsite who also require our time and attention.
Please contact us via email if you have any unexpected issues with attending your booking.
If we have no pets scheduled to arrive or depart our gates will be shut for safety and security.
You will be trespassed and police contacted if you attempt to break in or enter our property/facility.
The quote provided on your invoice excludes food so please ensure that you bring your pet/s current diet when you drop them off and let us know if your pet/s is on medication. Medication must be in the original packaging
Information on why we ask owners to provide food for short stays is available on our website under the prices tab.
We also recommend bringing your pet/s favourite toy or blanket so they have something familiar to help them settle throughout their stay.
Once we have viewed and accepted proof of vaccination, payment must be made by the due date on the invoice sent to you to secure the booking. No payment made will result in the booking being canceled.

ALL VACCINES MUST BE ADMINISTERED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR PETS ARRIVAL – NO EXCEPTIONS
