Terms & Conditions

By booking and confirming your pet's stay with us you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Viewings by appointment only

Please understand that we run a strict schedule and that most if not all dogs experience some form of stress and anxiety by strangers entering the facility as it is their safe space.

This means that we cannot do viewings of the facility with no notice. Please do not turn up unannounced, demanding this as we will not subject our animals to any form of excess stress.

If you would like to potentially view or book your pets please email us to enquire. We do often have a waiting list for viewings.

Entire Pets

Please be aware that we accept entire pets (at our discretion) and there is an additional per day charge. Puppies under 8 months are excluded from this charge.

If your female dog does come into heat during her stay with us you will need to collect her immediately from the facility.

Chemically castrated dogs are not exempt from the entire pet charge.

Any medication to be administered during your pet’s stay with us must be left in clearly marked containers with instructions.

We will treat your pet with de-flea or de-worming treatments at any point throughout their stay if they are presenting with an active infestation.  These treatments must be up to date on your pet’s arrival and we recommend checking your pet for parasite infestations before dropping them off to us.
